The Knife Angel, Walsall

The Knife Angel, a powerful sculpture crafted from surrendered knives, is a poignant symbol in the town’s ongoing commitment to combatting
knife crime and promoting unity. The sculpture serves as a stark reminder of the impact of knife violence on individuals and communities.
Created by artist Alfie Bradley, this remarkable sculpture is comprised of thousands of knives collected through amnesties and seizures from
police forces across the country.

Representing the nation’s intolerance and rejection of violence, communities have embraced the Angel and all it stands for, with a multitude of
towns and cities stepping up to join the list of hosting locations and arranging education workshops, conferences and activities. The sculpture is
on display at Walsall’s Gallery Square from 1st Dec until 28th Dec.

Through CEF Walsall Central branch; Fusion Luminaires recently donated 4 x FGF45RGB to help illuminate the display at night.
